This new build was at first presented to my client as a standard off-the-peg Scandi house UK-style new build. I was originally approached to help change a very dull and standard interior design and spatial layout into something much more design-based and exciting. We have been refining the design since mid-December, to make it work seamlessly, creating a space that flows through the house to the outside, which includes a mini swimming pool, partly covered terrace, contemporary porch with sedum roof, and a gorgeous kitchen/dining space. The house will also include a steam shower, massage room and shadow gap walls and large pocket doors.

The design has been signed off by the architect, client and is out to tender.
